Dipping Bread

We all have those impromptu dinner parties where you’re searching your cupboards to come up with a dinner for 6 people in a matter of half an hour max. Or maybe the dinner menu is complete but your missing an appetizing. This recipes has come to my savior multiple times. It’s super quick, easy and doesn’t require too many ingredients.

You can you the flat bread as an instrument for dipping into hummus, guacamole or a nice tahini sauce. Or you can serve it with cheese and other antipasti sides. I usually keep it really simple by pairing it with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

This go around I have added rosemary for an earthy herb taste but you can add just about anything to flavor it such as thyme, cilantro or parsley.
