I love this open back sweater I purchased last week from Lulus. It has that laid back and cozy feel that I can never leave behind in my shopping cart. It’s a causal look that pairs well with my J crew white shorts and my new fringe sandals. The peekaboo pretty lace detailed lavender bralette is a feminine and romantic touch. It was a perfect outfit for weekend errands, a bit of window shopping and lunch with R.

I’ve been seeing fringe sandals just about everywhere. It’s gotten in my head to the point where I finally purchased a pair. I love how different they are to the average sandal and how the tassels swish around when walking (I know, I’m such a kid). It definitely adds a fun element to the every day summer wardrobe. I wont tell you which I’ve chosen, you’ll have to wait till next week to see!
I love this super soft chambray dress from Kut from the Kloth. It’s extremely comfortable and I adore the relaxed fit of it. It’s a dress you can pair with some sandals to run some errands or with a pair of wedges to step out for a summer night drink with the girls. Even thought it’s a denim dress, the fabric is lightweight which means it is perfect for those warm summer days.
I’m always on the look out for style inspiration and find that pinterest is usually my first stop. Doesn’t she just makes this top look absolutely adorable. Pairing it with a white skirt and heart shaped glasses is the perfect playful summer look. Though I keep my look pretty simple I’m always inching to get out of my comfort zone and be a little more brave with my style.
This past Saturday, R and I went downtown for a bite for lunch and a quick stop at a local bike store to get a birthday present for my brother in law. While on our way back to the car we ran into a couple friends, one thing led to another and next thing you know we were out all day wining and dining. It was a perfect way to catch up with friends, check out some new eateries and enjoy some old favorites.
Whether you’re wearing a date night outfit or cuddling up on the coach in your sweats, there is something that makes you feel fresh, super feminine and a bit more pulled together when wearing pretty undergarments. It’s even more important to revamp this part of your wardrobe when the summer sun comes out and undergarments are not as well hidden as they may have been during the winter.
I usually look for delicate pieces in basic colors (white, black, navy and grey) or even light pastels are nice. Finding pieces with a bit of lace or a pretty bow will make you feel more confident, I promise! You won’t only feel great about your outfit but also know that what your wearing underneath is just as fabulous.
Quay sunglasses seem to be all the rave lately on the fashion and beauty blogger front. The company is known for its free spirit and corporate social responsibility. Sold at over 2000 different retailers such as ASOS, Nastygal and Urban Outfitters, you can find this brand worldwide.
I normally don’t lean towards crochet since its very Coachella and a bit too boho for my everyday taste. But lately I been craving that oh so slight hippie feel. I found some pieces online that I think would be perfect additions to my summer wardrobe. They have that 70’s vibe but also look very dainty and delicate.
